Jejak Kasus Nikita Mirzani Hingga Berujung Histeris di Tahanan
Lintas7news – Nikita Mirzani kini berstatus sebagai tahanan Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Serang. Ia resmi ditahan di Rutan Kelas IIB Serang sejak Selasa (25/10). Kejaksaan menahan Nikita setelah berkas perkara kasus pencemaran nama baik yang menjerat selebritas tersebut lengkap.
Adapun kasus ini bermula dari laporan yang dilayangkan oleh Dito Mahendra terhadap Nikita ke Polresta Serang Kota pada Mei 2022. Nikita dilaporkan terkait pelanggaran UU ITE.
Aparat kepolisian sempat melakukan upaya jemput paksa terhadap Nikita di kediamannya di Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan, pada 15 Juni. Sebab, Nikita disebut sudah beberapa kali mangkir dari agenda pemeriksaan.
Namun, polisi gagal membawa Nikita. Kala itu, polisi berdalih bahwa ada pertimbangan yang membuat mereka memutuskan untuk kembali ke Polresta Serang Kota.
Kemudian, pada 18 Juni beredar surat penetapan tersangka atas nama Nikita Mirzani. Surat itu bernomor S.Tap/56/VI/RES.2.5/2022/Reskrim itu ditandatangani Kasat Reskrim Polresta Serang Kota selalu penyidik.
Nikita saat itu sempat memprotes tersebarnya surat itu. Sebab, surat itu beredar di tengah masyarakat padahal dirinya belum pernah menerima surat tersebut.
Buntut beredarnya surat penetapan tersangka itu, Nikita melaporkan penyidik Polresta Serang Kota ke Divisi Profesi dan Pengamanan (Propam) Mabes Polri.
Setelahnya, Wakapolresta Serang Kota AKBP Wahyu Imam membuat pernyataan yang menegaskan bahwa Nikita masih berstatus sebagai saksi.
Berselang empat hari kemudian, Kejari Serang justru menyatakan pihaknya sudah menerima surat SPDP dan penetapan tersangka atas nama Nikita.
“SPDP udah kami terima tertanggal 13 Juni 2022 kita terimanya,” kata Kasi Intel Kejari Serang, Rezkinil Jusar, pada 22 Juni.
Lalu, pada 14 Juli, penyidik Satreskrim Polresta Serang Kota menggeledah rumah Nikita di Petukangan, Jakarta Selatan. Dalam penggeledahan itu, polisi menyita satu buah iPad.
Hingga pada 22 Juli, polisi menangkap Nikita di depan sebuah mal di Jakarta. Nikita lantas dibawa dengan mobil Toyota Kijang Innova berwarna hitam menuju ke Polres Serang Kota.
Usai ditangkap, polisi sempat berencana menahan Nikita. Namun, urung dilakukan dengan alasan kemanusiaan, yakni Nikita harus mendampingi ketiga buah hatinya.
Namun, setelah itu, Nikita justru kedapatan pergi ke luar negeri pada 27 Juli. Menurut polisi, kepergian Nikita itu dalam rangka berobat.
Kasie Humas Polresta Serkot AKP Iwan Sumantri mengamini bahwa polisi memang tak mencekal Nikita. Alasannya, polisi meyakini Nikita akan bersikap kooperatif dalam proses hukum yang mesti dijalaninya.
Setelah kembali dari Thailand, Nikita pun beberapa kali mendatangi Polresta Serang Kota untuk menjalani proses wajib lapor atas kasus yang menjeratnya.
Selanjutnya, pada Oktober, Polresta Serang Kota melakukan pencekalan terhadap Nikita. Berkas perkara pun telah dilimpahkan penyidik polisi ke Kejari Serang.
Dilansir dari CNNIndonesia.com – Nikita ditahan di Rutan Kelas IIB Serang selama 20 hari ke depan mulai 25 Oktober. Sempat terjadi perdebatan dalam upaya penahanan ini. Nikita bahkan sempat histeris dan berteriak kencang di dalam Kejari Serang.
Nikita terlihat menyeka air matanya berulang kali menggunakan tisu. Pengacara, polisi, hingga pegawai kejaksaan berupaya menenangkannya.
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Serang Freddy D Simandjuntak mengatakan pihaknya menahan Nikita dengan berbagai pertimbangan. Freddy juga mengakui sempat ada penolakan terhadap upaya penahanan tersebut.
“Tadi menolak, kita persuasif, manusiawi juga, bagaimana pun juga untuk ditahan kan, selama ini kan yang bersangkutan tidak di tahan, penahanan sudah beralih ke kejaksaan, jadi kita lakukan penahanan,” kata Freddy, Selasa.
Nikita sempat mempertanyakan keberanian penegak hukum memenjarakannya. Ia bahkan menuding penegak hukum telah menerima uang dalam kasus yang menjeratnya.
“Dibayar berapa kalian? Kalian jahat,” ujarnya.
